Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is by standard 1st class royal mail postage and goods are usually shipped out within 3 working days. Christmas 2011: We are shipping out orders every day up until 23rd Dec! Last date for shipping is the 22nd December by First Class post or next day delivery; orders placed after this time are unlikely to be received before Christmas.

If you require faster postage then please contact the shop manager on 01503 262 532 or email gemma_lawrence@wildfutures.org to arrange a faster method of postage and arrange payment of any further cost that this may incur. Any extra payments for postage can also be paid through the Paypal payments systems in place; either by credit/debit card or directly to the Paypal account of www.monkeysanctuaryshop.co.uk or by phoning the Retail manager on 01503 262 532 to arrange payment by credit/debit card over the phone.

Christmas Delivery: The final dates for orders for Christmas delivery is the 22nd Dec 2011 for First Class Post. If we receive your order after the closing date for Christmas delivery then your order will arrive when the normal postage service by royal mail resumes.
If you want to ensure your gifts are with you, or the gift recipient, in good time for Christmas then please order in good time and before the last postage dates for Christmas delivery! Christmas is a busy time for Royal Mail therefore ordering at the start of December is advised to ensure your goods are with you in time for Christmas.

All items from an order will normally be sent together in one package, unless any part of the order is unavailable, or unless requested otherwise. Our online shop allows you to post to multiple shipping addresses by clicking the ‘Ship to Multiple Addresses’ section on your way to the checkout.

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of ordering, or is damaged in transit, or has arrived with errors, then please contact the Wild Futures Trading Ltd retail manager, Gemma Lawrence directly on gemma_lawrence@wildfutures.org or 01503 262 532.
Privacy & Security
Our online shop offers secure online transactions and payments using the online payment gateway system of Cardsave. Wild Futures TRading does nto store any payment details from customers .
Returns & Replacements
Wild Futures Trading Ltd wants you to be happy with your purchases from its shop, if however an order/item arrives and you are not happy with it, then returns are available within 14 days of purchase. Please contact Gemma Lawrence, the retail manager first to arrange a return either on 01503 262 532 or gemma_lawrence@wildfutures.org. The retail manager will arrange a refund of the item, or a replacement to the same value, whichever option is favoured by the customer.

Should you wish to return an item then that item must be returned within 14 days, in new and unused condition and preferably in its original packaging. For faulty goods the time period for returns is 3 months, but you should contact the shop manager first to arrange a return and refund/replacement to ensure that this process goes as smoothly, and as quickly, as possible.
Cancellations
You have the legal right to cancel an order within 7 days of the day you received the goods, as long as the goods are in new, unused condition and are in their original packaging together with a copy of your receipt. Please ring or email first to ensure that your return and refund/replacement goes as smoothly as possible.

This unique experience involves activities such as the preparation of woolly and capuchin monkey food, cleaning enclosures, making items to interest and entertain the monkeys (enrichment), listening to talks given by experienced keepers, lunch, tea and cakes at our vegetarian café and taking guided tours of the woolly and capuchin enclosures with an experienced keeper to hear about the histories and personalities of each individual monkey at the sanctuary. Working closely with experienced members of the Primate Welfare Team, Keeper for a Day participants will gain a behind-the-scenes insight into their roles and responsibilities at the sanctuary and become involved in important aspects of the monkeys’ lives. 1. The prize is for 1 person to partake in our Keeper for a Day experience and can be redeemed from The Monkey Sanctuary based in Looe, Cornwall. 2. The prize is valid from April 2012 to October 2012. 3. The name will be drawn on 8th of December and the winner notified. 4. The winner will need to contact The Monkey Sanctuary at least 2 weeks before visiting, in order to book their preferred day, which is subject to availability. 5. Competition outcome will also be promoted on relevant publication media such as the Wild Futures website, Monkey Sanctuary website and all social media. 6. Due to the hands-on nature of this experience, participants of ‘Keeper for a Day’ must be prepared to become involved to the same extent as the keepers themselves, and as such, need to be physically fit and suffering no severe health problems. 7. For insurance purposes, the scheme is only available to those aged sixteen years and over and unfortunately cannot accommodate wheelchair users in this instance due to access difficulties behind the scenes. 8. There will be no direct contact with the monkeys.

Stock Availability
Wild Futures Trading Ltd works to ensure that all goods displayed on the website are in stock, however, sometimes an item may be out of stock when ordered. Should this occur, the retail manager will contact you within five working days to inform you of this, and to arrange either a later shipping date, a replacement item or a refund.
A Note on Fair Trade Products
Wild Futures Trading Ltd buys from suppliers with ethical means and methods of production and a large quantity of its goods are Fair Trade crafts. Since most of these items are handmade, and not made on a production line, there may be small variations in colour or appearance on items ordered. These variations are slight, but should any customer be unhappy with a purchase they are able to return any item within 14 days and should read over the Returns and Refunds section of this document for further details.
